Nice rig. One of the best trucks we've ever owned was a 98 F250LD Lariat in the same body style. Basically an F150 7700 with the stupid 7 bolt wheels lol. Miss that thing but a guy has to feed his family.

Time to revive this thread! She’s a big blue whale, and about to get bigger with 37s going on soon, but I love her. The fact that my wife found it, picked it out and now refuses to drive it because she hates driving a stick and can’t park it anywhere is perfect. I grew up learning to drive my parent’s full size stick shift Econoline van, this thing is cake.
She’s a 2007 Dodge Ram 2500 4x4 Big Horn with the 6.7L Cummins. It has the 6 speed manual transmission and obviously all the “necessary” EGR/exhaust modifications, precision controlled by a Smarty controller. Current mods are minimal, Revtek leveling blocks that make this big beast ride like garbage and will be replaced by a spring lift of some kind, Thuren or KORE, not sure yet.
I found the canopy that doesn’t quite match my oddball paint but was good enough for $400 on CL, especially for the great shape it’s in. My ultimate goal is to replace that with a Four Wheel pop up camper, but that might be a way down the road due to them assuredly being made of solid gold based on the amount they want for them. For now I’ll be throwing some bigger tires on and want to build out the bed area for sleeping and hanging out, out of the rain and not having to deal with a tent at all.
Anyway enjoy for now, more to come for sure.
